I have 7 SA/PA's on my staff.  The youngest is 23.  The oldest is 43.
      Majority are in the low 30s.  I have been interviewing for additional
      staff, and have had as young as 22 and as old as approx 52.  I am 42.
      Go figure.

I spoke with the youngest on my staff about it last week.  Bob Tipton spoke
      at a conference we went to.  She blames the colleges.  She has many
      friends who she knows from school, and none of them know what an
      AS/400 is.
