FWIW I think your right.

IBM also has to add more function to the systems, enhance the new stuff, invite/entice new customers and support personnel. Right now they are unfortunately, holding the AS/400 as a closet system and killing off their knowledge equity, while divorcing their grassroots relationships. The decline representation /presents at Common is only to some 2800 or so people and most are repeat attendees. How is the scope getting broadened?

I would like to be proven wrong as this seems to be the theme across all divisions and product lines ( varying in degree for system to system.)
