Good Morning All;
I inherited a program that takes an hour to process 40,000 records. Program 1
calls program 2 twice for each record. I would like to see if I can decrease
the run time by binding these 2 programs together, but I am not sure how to do
this.
I want to try this:
Change Call in Prog 1 to CallB
Create Mod --> Prog 1
Create Mod --> Prog 2
Create PGM specifying Prog1 as the first program
Will this work? What is the difference between CallB and CallP?
Thanks for the help!
