You must specify ALL attributes of the job on the job description you
specifiy on the ADDAJE command, as if you were submitting a job and
specifying *JOBD in all (well most) of the SBMJOB parameters.  There is an
AJE on every AS400 in the QCTL subsystem Ieven if you're not using it)
called QSTRUPJD, it specifies a JOBD of QSYS/QSTRUPJD, have a look at that
as a straightforward example.
