This line from your HTTP configuration tells the HTTP Server that cgi-bin is
mapped to /QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB.

My guess as to what you really want is
http://gdisys:81/cgi-bin/db2www/demo/input.

You will also need to have the member DB2WWW in file INI in library ROB
which contains directives specifying where to find the macros. I am not
exactly sure how the MACRO_PATH directive should be coded to access your
members in QHTML, but it does need to be there.

MACRO_PATH /QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB/QHTML.FILE
EXEC_PATH /QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB
INCLUDE_PATH /QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB/QINCLUDE.FILE

One more note: You will probably find much better performance if you store
the macros on the root file system instead of in QSYS.LIB.

Hope this helps,
