I tried just restoring them to qsys but that doesn't seem to work.
 
This should work using RSTOBJ (assuming that's how you saved it with SAVOBJ or SAVCHGOBJ), but you will definitely need the Y2K group PTFs on this system.  If you saved them with SAVSYS, you are screwed.
