What port are  you using?  It should use port 5001.

The NP12 IPDS printer is attached to the token ring network via a
Jetdirect box attachment.

An IPDS printer description is defined to the AS/400.

The TCP/IP Address will ping from the 400.  I can print to the
printer with a remote output queue definition, but not when I am
using the IPDS definition.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
