Those dates are correct for withdrawal of program services. IBM keeps this kind of info at:

The site also says:
Note: It is highly recommended that users upgrade before reaching the end of program services for their current release (indicated in the second column), but it is extremely important that users upgrade before the withdrawal from marketing date of the last release which they can upgrade directly to.
