Mario, I suspect you have upgraded your version of Office since you last opened an RFT document. If you go to Microsoft's web sight and search for text converters you should find one that will allow for converting Rich Text Format. If you still can't open it or can't find the text converter e-mail me direct and maybe I can assist further.
