I did this with success - but I gave the downloaded file the extension *.wri - only then was it displayed properly with WordPad. (spool downloaded this way still contains some strange bytes) If you have Operations Navigator better solution would be to drag all your spools from it's window to Windows Explorer window - this way you'll get "genuine" text file to print and attach to your e-mail. I would like to write some script to automate it, but I do not know yet how to "drive" Operations Navigator with OLE - create it's object and use it's methods. If anyone can point me to some documentation and/or easy examples (VBS, JS, Perl) I will be thankful.
