Kathleen, The 5363 is the last model of the S/36 and runs SSP. This is the OS that the AS/400 emulates in "S/36 mode". They are good for some straight forward green screen apps, depending on what is on the box, you may find IDDU (The S/36 version of externally defined files) and possibly Query/36 and (shudder) Display Write/36 and PC Support. AFAIK, it can be part of a token ring network and if 315mb seems like a lot of disk space it can hold four of them and 2mb of memory supporting about a dozen users. It is the box that IBM can't kill.
