Sigrid, The SNDDST command supports sending e-mail from a command line or CL program. There is free example code showing how to use it to send a spool file at http://www.bytware.com/freestuff.htm . It works well at V4R4. I used it on V4R2, but it needed a PTF to be able to send a text message instead of just a file. Dave Shaw Spartan International, Inc.
