*SNIP ON my model 720 at V4R4, my users are experiencing a problem. Their job is being terminated (back to a signon screen) after only 3-4 minutes of inactivity. The QINACTITV system value is set to 60. Has anybody experienced this problem.? PTF? Any ideas? *ENDSNIP First off, is this TCP/IP? If so check the inactivity timer on the TELNET server and make sure it is zero.. ( CHGTELNA INACTTIMO(0)) Many folks get this parameter wrong about what its function is. It is likely been set to 5 minutes or less. If this is not TCP/IP and it's client access, you may be having the comm line drop on you. Are there any messages in QSYSOPR, QSYSMSG or the history log?
