AS/400's and Open Mail Relays

I received a spam e-mail yesterday and after chewing on the information to
find out who sent it, I found out that it was relayed through an AS/400
system!  Note that this is different than sending the mail, but not by much
since an open relay allows a spammer to freely use that system to send out
their junk.

I sent a friendly note to the company and told them I would help them close
the relay if they need the help.  So, my question to you all is:  How do you
disallow e-mail relaying through an AS/400's mail server?
