Every time I hunt for this it evades me but.... someplace there is a selection for "Computer Output Reduction" or "COR", between that, the font and the portrait radio button you may be able to force it. The other option might be to use the AFP tools (may be an additional purchase item), with this you can specify everything and it seems to work well.

I have set up a HP8000DN as a native AS/400 Printer and everything works fine, EXCEPT, when trying to print in portrait mode. I've tried to use the page rotation parameter in the OVRPRTF and that makes more of a mess. You know, some VP's are used to seeing their documents in portrait mode even if it looks better in landscape. Oh well, if anyone has any ideas on how to change this, thank you in advance.
