 Ditto what Larry indicated. Plus a couple of items I've run across.
*       If you don't find the HP4000 it seems the HPIII or HP4 seems to work
well for the newer HP printers
*       I  ran into a case where the external JetDirect 170X connected to a
_very_ old HPIII actually would NOT work on port 9100(!). Particularly if an
NT server is also using the JetDirect. (Usually I've found I can share these
without upsetting NT if the AS/400 is configured as you indicated).
*       On the multiport external JetDirects it is my experience that the
printer ports are mapped: Printer port 1 goes to IP port 9100; Printer port
2 goes to IP port 9101; (you get the idea).
