Logical File Access Path Size - *MAX1TB - How to create it before V4R3? -- MIDRANGE-L

I know that IBM added the ACCPTHSIZ parameter to the CHGLF command with
V4R3.  Is there a way to change to the access path size on V4R1 without
DDS?  (The ACCPTHSIZ parm is not available)
