File Auditing

I've tried to set up object auditing, but dont seem to be able to get it
to work. 

Heres my system values
QAUDCTL         *AUDLVL

QAUDLVL         *AUTFAIL  
                *SECURITY 

I used chgobjaud to set up auditing for a file

CHGOBJAUD OBJ(CFPD00PD) OBJTYPE(*FILE) OBJAUD(*ALL)

Is this all I need to do, or is there more? I was expecting to get an
audit record created in the journal when I access the file
but I get nothing
