Hi Jon,

"Prototyping is critical" but that only helps at compile time. What I
understood (perhaps incorrectly) from TFM (ILE Concepts) was that binding
for service programs occurs at service program activation time, which occurs
when an ILE program that uses it is activated. From that, and what you said,
it sounds like the potential exists for an ILE program to call a procedure
in a service program with the wrong parameters and get clobbered. True?
