Yes, I was asking if common use of the terms are interchangeable. I
understand the difference according to the manuals, but I have to write
about procedures and I realized I wasn't sure what the difference was. After
reading the manuals, I know what the difference is, but in reality, the two
terms do seem to be used interchangeably.
