Is it for everyone on the system ? If so, it would be better to include the
lib while creating the JOBD. Else if the requirement is temporary, then the
command "CHGSYSLIBL XXXXXX" and "CHGSYSLIBL XXXXXX *REMOVE" can be used.
Take F4 and see the various options. I basically use it for testing
programs which are submitted in batch. That way I make sure that I don't
have to keep on changing the Library list or the JOBD.

What about the system value QSYSLIBL (I think that's what it is).
