You haven't visited usenet or IRC lately have you... It's outrageous.
Everyone is either a porn, warez, crackz or mp3z dealer.  There are hundreds
of thousands of them.  IRC went from 30 channels when I was in college to
over 30,000 channels now.. just on one server!  It's not even any fun
anymore.  

so, they definatly have the means to communicate.
