One Logical VS another

HI All,
From the standpoint of speed.  Is there any difference in speed, if one
logical is keyed by say Lot, Year, and the other logical is keyed by Year,
Lot.  Years would never be more than 5 and lot could and probably would be
tens of thousands.  And there can only be one lot with that number per year.
Access would be with a chain.
