WRKDBF is not open source but I'm seriously considering it.  I have some
hurdles to cross first, but stay tuned!  About your hand-held scroll bar
question - I doubt it.  Scroll bars tend to need the enhanced controller
features.  And even if they could do scroll bars, I don't think you'd want
to waste the limited real estate.
