There is a website www.drj.com.  It's the home for Disaster REcovery
Journal.  A very good source of disaster recovery information.  If I
remember, I think they even have some templates available.

Replacing your AS/400 question is a common issue.  The last time I talked
with IBM representatives I'm told they can process an accelerated
order --but they are under some restrictions on how far ahead of another
customer's order your order can appear.

I'm sure their position on this changes as the market changes.
