Marshall, We purchased Bytware's MessengerPlus a few months ago, and have been very pleased with both the software and (the one time we needed it) the technical support. I've worked with other Bytware products at previous jobs, and have never had a bad experience with them. I believe you can download a trial copy from their web site, www.bytware.com .
