Scott,

There's been discussion on this list that you may find in the archives,
but it basically boils down to the fields used for the index and the
record selection.

If the record selection is the same, one would want to build the LF that
has field1, field2, field3 as the key then the LF that uses field1 and
field2 only will share the path.
