We have IBM's UPS, I can not remember the model, plugged into our BEST UPS. It works. The 400, a 170, monitors the BEST UPS and does its shut down based on the Best. We only use IBM's as a fail save for CPM incase the BEST fails due to a long outage. This is all installed in an unmanned remote D/R site. Christopher K. This battery pack will provide only about 15-20 minutes of uptime if the power fails. Additionally, I have a 5.3kva Best battery pack that used to power our long gone F35. I'm being told (by Best) that I should not plug the 9910-140 into this unit. I'm interested in hearing what (if anything) others are doing to provide maybe 2 or 3 hours worth of uptime during a power outage. tia Mike M. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
