This is crazy.  Put it in a rack.  If you need to take it out, get some guys 
from the dock and pull
it out.  I just moved my 135+ lbs. Model 170 downstairs into my new basement 
office by myself.  Slid
it down the stairs one step at a time.  Of course, I wouldn't do that on a 
development machine, but
I also wouldn't get 10 people to sign off on a document just so I could say I 
told you so.

But then again, I've never understood the corporate way much anyway.

Besides, what the heck is downtime?
