Ahh, thanks.  That did the trick, even though the job is at a priority of
10, I am not sure if I should change that or not.  I know I can change
the JOBD to run them at a priority of 1, but other people use the
console as a "normal" tube, since it's next to a few form printers that
need to be baby sat when printing (checks, etc...).

Will having the device log into QCTL instead of QINTER automatically
make it a little faster to log on?  Or will it be the same thing?
