All of the user journal were off.  Only the system journals were left
on.  The entry showed 20+% on a 16gb box (while in use).  An IPL dropped
disk utilization about 20%.

I'm not sure, but I can tell you that it can get real large (I think   
journalling may have something to do with it).  We're on V4R4 and have
to   
do an IPL every week or so.

Does anyone out there know just what makes up the "Temporary Space"
portion of the Disk Space Analysis report generated from the PRTDSKINF
command?

The manual states "The size of all temporary objects that will be
automatically deleted at the next IPL.  This includes QTEMP libraries
for active jobs".

I know it will also clean up QRPLOBJ & unused spool entries.  But is
there anything else?
