AS/400 Upgrade prices to remain another 28 Days -- MIDRANGE-L

Good news for those trying to get this done in the next 2 weeks.  The price
increase on AS/400 upgrades that was scheduled to be effective February 1, 2000,
has been delayed until March 1, 2000.  This gives you  additional time to plan
for and order AS/400 upgrades at lower prices.  Orders must be received by IBM 
on
or before February 29, 2000 to receive current prices.

This change of effective date is on upgrades from 4XX, 5XX, 6XX and SXX to the
7XX, as well as upgrades within the 6XX/SXX models.

Word is, that the Feb 1 date was getting in the way of the Superbowl  :)
