Don't fret over download times.  None of the code is that big.  So far as 
the images are concerned, the real problem comes with the text.  Resizing 
images or Lossing them takes away the text's appearance to fast.

Can screen shots at 200 x 150 show the screen? That is awfully small.  I 
just reduced a session to that size and I couldn't read the font.

As for screen shots, I have been using 200 x 150 pixel images I then run
all images through debabelizer to reduce download times.
