× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

We principally want to do this to prevent users modifying their sessions. It
you can stop them changing configuration settings (for example: auto signon,
bypass signon, auto connect, sessions names, stop them recording macros, etc,
etc, etc) then it considerably cuts down on the number of Help Desk calls that
occur. Power users and IT staff can keep whatever settings they need but the
majority of normal staff do not require either the menu or the toolbar.

James Turnbull

I don't know if this can be done for sure but if you can rig the
installation so the session configuration files are in a directory where end
users have read only access, but support people have full authority, it may
be a possibility. You'll get howls of protest when people can't change
their screen colors though.

Just curious, but why do you want to to this?
