I was wondering if anyone else out there is using the shipping/UPS software from Pfast Logistics International in Irvine, Ca. The software basically works, but everytime we need mods or fixes (mostly fixes) their support group is very slow to respond. In their numerous attempts to make fixes, they have taken the one step forward, two steps backwards approach to solving problems( causing more problems to fix another). I would be most interested in anyone else's experience with there software ( working or otherwise) or their support group.
