You should see a licensed program 5769CM1 - Communications Utilities for
AS/400.  NJE is part of this licensed program

You can check this via option 10 on the menu LICPGM.

<BTW>Does the mainframe have TCP/IP setup and running?  If so, the file
could be ftp'ed there as well.
