I believe when Al said...
Option 22 of OS/400 is called ObjectConnect.

He was not referring to a Menu option.  He was referring to the now
"free-with-OS400" Licensed Program Product Option 22.

Licensed  Product                                          
Program   Option   Description                             
5769SS1   22       OS/400 - ObjectConnect

The installed licensed programs may be displayed via the DSPSFWRSC (Display
Software Resources) command.

Or, by the following...
*       GO  LICPGM
*       select option 10, Display installed licensed programs
