Actually, the upstream provider is Exodus Communications (exodus.net).
Their website (www.exodus.net) lists abuse@exodus.net for spam reports.
Additionally, in the Rules and Regulations page
(http://www.exodus.net/rules_and_regulations/), in the section labeled
"Online Conduct" it specifically states that it is a prohibited activity for
customers of Exodus Communications to "send unsolicited commercial messages
or communications in any form ("SPAM");".

So make your complaints count ... don't send them to this list, send them to
abuse@exodus.net
