System password, WHERE?!?

Does anyone have the IBM phone number that I can call to get my system 
password?  After a recent
upgrade at a customer, we need the password that expires in 70 days.

When this happpened previously, we went through 800-IBM-SERV and we received a 
fax.  Now, I've tried
800-IBM-serv, IBM-4You (Joke), Software administration, etc, etc. I keep 
getting the transfer
runaround.
