I'm not as old as Al, but I remember helping my dad load disk packs into those 
system/3's.   At
least I think it was system/3's.   I was about 7 years old, about 1973?

I also used to keypunch for him.  I thought it was cool when they changed from 
those really big
punch cards to the mini cards.  You could fit those in your pocket.

BTW, Al, you don't look that old.

Al's the only one who doesn't work for IBM and wears a suit at Common.

Come to think of it, the IBM'ers don't wear suits at Common anymore.

Al's the only one at Common who wears a suit.
