I remember about being able to reset the file cursor to the
begining of the file so I would not have to run the OPNQRYF command for the
second Program. For example:

PGM
OVRDBF FILEA SHARE(*YES)
OPNQRYF FILEA QRYSLT(*ALL)
CALL PROG1

BRUCE:....  use posdbf

...                       Position Data Base File (POSDBF)

Type choices, press Enter.

Open file identifier . . . . . .                 Name
File position  . . . . . . . . .                 *START, *END


CALL PROG2
DLTOVR *ALL
ENDPGM
