  • Subject: Client Access Express Over TWINAX

Has anyone seen this error?:

CWBNS1015 - The IBM 5250 TCP/IP Transport Driver has been detected.

The following resolution has NO impact on resolving the issue:

The Client Access SNA Twinax Drivers cannot be used at the same time
with the IBM 5250 TCP/IP transport driver. To run SNA via TWINAX, you
must disable the IBM 5250 TCP/IP transport driver by removing the
twinax adapter from the network icon and configure the SNA twinax
connection again.

Following these instructions DID NOT change the symptoms of the
error condition. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My next move is to scratch Windows/98, reinstall Windows and then
reinstall Client Access Express for TWINAX.

Thanks, Ed
