WE NEED TO SETUP A DEVELOPMENT LIB FOR A CONTRACTOR HOW DO WE PROTECT THE
REST OF OUR DATA/PROGRAMS


This is done by using authority, if it is one profile, submit a job that does
THIS


GRTOBJAUT OBJ(LIVELIB/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL) USER(CONTRACTOR) AUT(*USE)
REPLACE(*YES)

Unless your CL Adopt authority or he will be part of a group with more
authority, this will allow him view rights.

 GRTOBJAUT OBJ(LIVELIB/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL) USER(CONTRACTOR) AUT(*EXCLUDE)
 REPLACE(*YES)



This will allow him NO rights,  you can also just lock him out of the library
      using the same command!
