Subject: Missing Authority to *LOCALE

Hello,

I started noticing the following message when we were working with
Lotus to resolve a problem with Domino startup. I was getting this in
the QNNINSTS job. Now I have noticed that the PPP connection job is
also reporting it twice. What should the default authority be? In
looking through the new softcopy it said that library QSYSLOCALE
contained the sources for locales however it is not on the system
(V4R4M0). What option needs to be added via RSTLICPGM?

Thanks.

Roger Vicker, CCP
