Have one customer on V4R3 and everything went as expected...BUT.....
they currently are holding the date on the machine at 12/31/99 
(changed each morning)... PM400 fired up some sort of program on
12/30/99(after PTF's were applied) and it was still going like hell
this morning taking up most of the system resources... PM400 has and
does continue to be a problem anywhere I run into it... Anybody else
seen this funky stuff with PM400 ????(I killed the job and system
returned to
"normal" percentages.....
