I wouldn't argue, I'd just change the authority, owner, change
programs to
adopt the level I thought was right. Change files to use or
exclude.
Tell them we're going to drop their software if we couldn't.

Glad to see I am not the only one who has been unsuccessful in
arguing with those NCS
consultants. Now I don't feel so bad :)
