When we look at the system value, it is set to '0'.  Is there
another place to look for abnormal termination status?

PTFs will not apply is the system value QABNORMSW is '1'.  Using ENDJOBABN 
will always cause an IPL to indicate that the previous termination of 
OS/400 is abnormal.
