Has anyone else had trouble installing the printer driver from the web
site?

I went to:

http://www.printers.ibm.com/R5PSC.NSF/Web/afpdr

And chose the download for:

"Windows 95/98 Version 5.09 (11/24/1999)
The following self extracting file contains AFP printer
driver for
Windows 95/98. After selecting, to unpack the driver
enter:
filename d:path /d where filename is the name of the
file and
d:path is the drive and directory path where you want
the files to
be placed. Read the README file before installing this
driver.
                   [English]"

I then put the file in c:\ibmafp and went to Start --> Run and used
"browse" and browsed to the executable in c:\ibmafp" so there'd be no
question of a typo, and then added the target folder and a /d. My
machine froze and needed a cold boot. I read through the 40-page readme
and could see nothing to shed light.

Anyone had a similar problem or know the answer?

Thanks.

Creating Overlays:
The instructions on how to create an overlay have been here before. In
summary, however: You download the Special Print Driver from IBM's web
site.
