Are you assigned *PUBLIC = *AUTL?
However, the system would check the object authorization as following:-

1st .. Is s/he an object owner?  If YES, *ALL is granted.
2nd .. Is s/he assigned in private list?  If YES, his/her private authority
is granted.
3rd .. Is s/he belong to *GROUP in private list?  If YES, *GROUP authority
is granted.
4th .. Is s/he assigned in authorization list?  If YES, his/her authority in
AUTL is granted.
5th .. Is s/he assigned in *GROUP in authorization list?  If YES, *GROUP
authority in AUTL is granted.
6th .. *PUBLIC authority?
