RE: Bizarre Abnormal System End

Friend of mine with more years of operations experience than he cares to
admit suggests UPS brown out--not enough to set off any alarms, but enough
to confuse the AS/400, or a user profile (say qpgmr) exceeding its allotted
space because it owns too many objects.  He's seen both.
